Brake shoe rivets
Brake pad rivets are key parts that connect the brake shoe and the brake shoe in the automobile braking system. They are usually cylindrical, with a cap on one end and a bare rod on the other end.
The bare rod may have threads or knurling, which tightly connects the two parts. The material is mostly made of high-strength carbon steel and alloy steel such as 45 steel and 40Cr, and the surface treatment such as galvanizing improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
When the vehicle brakes, it firmly fixes the brake shoe on the brake plate to ensure that the two cooperate, so that the brake plate fits accurately with the brake drum or brake disc to transmit the braking force.
