In the production process, the internal expansion pumping machine brake pads are damaged after continuous tightening and wear, resulting in brake failure, affecting the normal operation of the pumping well maintenance and management, and in serious cases, it will also cause mechanical or personal accidents, therefore, often check the degree of wear of the brake pads and brake wheels, and find that the brake pads (wheels) are damaged or the brake pads (wheels) are seriously worn, and must be replaced in time.
I. Preparations:
1. Wear labor protection supplies;
2. Prepare tools and utensils; The same model can be used brake shoes, 600mm tube calipers, 450mm movable wrenches, 0.75kg hammers, 200mm pliers, 300mm saw blades, test pens, insulating gloves, fine gauze, butter, class reports, recording pens, etc.
Second, the operation step gathering:
1. Stop pumping (press the start and stop pumping machine step gathering operation) to release the brake so that the pumping machine stops in a free position.
2. Unload the brake wheel, confirm that in the case of relaxing the brake, use a special tool (wheel puller) to remove the brake wheel, if the brake wheel is too tight, you should add waste diesel soaking on the keyway and shaft, plus sledgehammer vibration, help to unload the brake wheel.
3. Remove the adjustment lever connected to the brake rocker.
4. Remove the brake shoe (remove the brake shoe shaft fixing bolt)
5. Install a new brake shoe of the same model.
6. Connect the brake rocker arm and the adjustment lever.
7. Install the brake wheels.
8. Adjust the brake tightness is appropriate (press the adjustment brake step to operate)
9. Test braking and pumping.
10. Clean up the site.
11. Fill in the class report.
III. Technical Requirements and Safety Precautions:
1. Confirm whether the power is off, and be careful not to apply butter to the brake pads and brake wheels when maintaining the bolts.
2. When using the wheel puller, pay attention to whether the wheel puller grabs the brake wheel to avoid slipping and injuring people.
3. While replacing the brake shoes, pay attention to the degree of wear of the brake wheels, and replace them at the same time if necessary.
4. Pay attention to check the wear of the cam and replace it in time if necessary.
5. Note that the brake wheel must be installed in place, and the keyway of the wheel and axle must be aligned.
6. There must be a guardian for on-site operation.
