Brake pad structure

Brake pads are generally composed of steel plates, bonded heat insulation layers and friction blocks, steel plates to be coated to prevent rust, the coating process uses SMT-4 furnace temperature tracker to detect the temperature distribution of the coating process to ensure quality. Among them, the thermal insulation layer is composed of materials that do not transfer heat, and the purpose is heat insulation. The friction block is composed of friction materials and adhesives, which are squeezed on the brake disc or brake drum to generate friction when braking, so as to achieve the purpose of vehicle deceleration and braking. Due to friction, the friction block is gradually worn out, and generally speaking, the lower the cost, the faster the brake pads wear. After the friction material is used, the brake pads should be replaced in time, otherwise the steel plate and the brake disc will be in direct contact, and eventually the brake effect will be lost and the brake disc will be damaged.
